Free From Living is the UK’s first mainstream magazine, dedicated to free from life. 52% of UK households avoid some sort of foods, from people living with coeliac disease, people living with allergies or intolerances to people choosing to make more sustainable choices in the food they eat. Free From Living magazine is issued bi-monthly, six times per year. Every edition contains a bank of free from recipes (all of which are gluten free and nut free, with all top 14 allergens considered) exclusive interviews and advice, product recommendations and more. Compiled by our team of experts and overseen by editor, Julia Cross, who has over 17 years’ experience working in the food and drink industry, our content is timely, inspiring and relatable.

Dr Chan is a consultant gastroenterologist, with expertise in conditions including irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease and more.
Cristian is a gastroenterology dietitian, specialising in coeliac disease, other gluten related disorders and digestive health issues. He’s won awards for patient care and regularly lectures on coeliac disease.
Cherry’s passion is allergies. Cherry is a former specialist dietitian who’s also trained dietitians in IBS and food intolerances for a top university. She now works for a leading allergy charity, designing training programmes and providing input to government on allergy issues.
Madi’s background is in marketing for food and lifestyle brands. She documents her dairy and gluten free life and infertility journey through her writing and social media. Madi enjoys allotment keeping, cooking and experimenting with natural remedies.
Paige is a food blogger specialising in gluten and dairy free recipes. She works alongside free from brands on social media to create innovative recipes for the free from community.
Jennifer is both a dietitian and pilates instructor. She works with children and adults, adapting diets to meet individual health needs. She has experience in allergies and intolerances, gut disorders, endometriosis and eating disorders.
