What you'll need

  • 1 Whole creations gluten free cauliflower base
  • 220 g dairy free mozzarella shreds (grated)
  • 140 g baby kale
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 60 g dairy free fresh mozzarella
  • 2 edible flowers
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • gluten free balsamic glaze

Method:

 

  • Spread the dairy free mozzarella shreds over the top of the pizza base and bake according to the package directions.
    Combine the kale, tomatoes, and red onion in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
  • Taste with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Pile the salad on top of the cooked pizza base, crumble the fresh mozzarella on top and scatter the edible flower petals and red pepper flakes on top. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
