Five-Minute Flatbreads

What you'll need

  • 90 g gluten-free self raising flour , plus more for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 75 ml yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

 

  • Heat a non-stick pan over high heat until hot. While the pan is heating, prepare the flatbread dough.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the yoghurt, honey, and olive oil. Mix until it forms into a dough. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Lightly flour a surface and roll into an oval about 8 by 5 inches and slightly less than ¼-inch thick.
  • Cook on a high heat for about 2 minutes per side or until fully cooked. You will know it is fully cooked when it begins to inflate and black spots are forming.
    Serve as desired.
