What you'll need

  • 720 g white rice flour
  • 240 g glutinous or sweet rice flour
  • 320 g potato starch (not potato flour)
  • 120 g tapioca flour (also known as tapioca starch)
  • 20 g xanthan gum

Method:

 

  • In a large mixing bowl, slowly whisk all ingredients together very well, making sure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
