What you'll need

  • 1 Good Its Gluten Free Hoisin Kit
  • 500 g skin on chicken thighs
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 cucumber

Method:

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180c. Place the thighs into an oven proof dish, coat with 1 tsp of oil and evenly cover with the dry spice mix.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, until cooked through, with a crispy skin. Slice the cucumber and spring onion, ready to add at the end.
  • Heat the tortillas: Pierce the pack and place in the microwave on full power for 45 seconds
