What you'll need

  • 135 g fresh mint leaves
  • 30 g fresh coriander
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice ,1 lime juiced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Salt and pepper , to taste

Method:

 

  • Place the mint and coriander leaves in a food processor and pulse several times. Add the olive oil, ginger, lime juice, and honey and process until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
