What you'll need

  • 120 ml Greek yoghurt (or dairy free alternative)
  • ½ cucumber , grated, seedless and liquid squeezed out
  • 2 tablespoons coriander , chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Fine sea salt , to taste
  • Black pepper , to taste

Method:

 

  • Combine yoghurt, cucumber, coriander, and cumin together in a bowl. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until serving.
