What you'll need

  • 2 tablespoons chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons miso paste
  • 125 g extra firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 15 g baby spinach
  • 60 g shredded carrot
  • 60 g vermicelli noodles
  • 1 teaspoon black and white sesame seeds
  • 470 ml boiling water

Method:

 

  • Combine chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, and miso in the bottom of a large jar with a lid. Layer in tofu, spinach, carrots, noodles, and sesame seeds.
  • When ready to eat, pour in boiling water and allow to sit for 3–5 minutes.
