Spicy Turkey & Cranberry Quesadillas

What you'll need

  • 280 g cranberry sauce
  • 60 g green chillies , thinly sliced
  • 4 gluten-free wraps
  • 200 g shredded cooked turkey
  • 230 g shredded Monterey Jack cheese , or dairy free alternative
  • 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method:

 

  • Combine the cranberry sauce and chilies in a small bowl. Spread over the wraps. Top with turkey and cheese and fold the wraps in half.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the wraps on both sides until browned and the cheese has melted, 2-3 minutes per side. Serve!
